At SAP Clothing, we want you to be buzzing with your order. If for any reason you’re not, no stress — we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free.


✅ Our Promise

  • 30 Days to Decide – You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

  • Full Refund or Exchange – Get your money back or swap for a different size/colour if stock allows.

  • Quick & Easy – Just drop us an email at info@sapclothing.co.uk with your order number and we’ll sort you out.


📦 How to Return

  1. Re-pack the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags/labels still on).

  2. Post it back to the address we’ll give you once you contact us.

  3. Once received and checked, your refund or exchange will be processed.


💷 Refund Info

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • It can take 3–5 working days (depending on your bank) to show in your account.

  • Exchanges are sent out as soon as we’ve received your return.


⚠️ A Few Things to Note

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition (no wear, no damage, no smells).

  • For now, return postage is covered by the customer (we recommend tracked post so nothing goes missing).

  • Faulty or incorrect items? We’ll cover the cost and get it sorted ASAP.
